Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Chinaco Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₂ tsp

St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram

1¹⁄₂ oz

Fuji apple juice

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

¹⁄₂ tsp

ginger syrup

Angostura aromatic bitters as garnish

mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
2. Strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
3. Garnish with 2 dashes bitters and mint sprig; serve with a straw
