Ingredients

11⁄2 oz
gin
1 tsp
Green Chartreuse
1⁄2 oz
lime juice
1⁄4 oz
simple syrup
4 leaf
mint leaf
1
mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Combine all ingredients and shake over ice
  2. Double strain into coupe
  3. Garnish with mint sprig

Notes & Review

Similar to the South Side, this cocktail is tart and minty, with additional herbal notes coming through via the Chartreuse. A relatively simple cocktail to make and enjoyable to drink.
