Ingredients

2 oz

Compass Box Asyla Blended Scotch Whisky

1 oz

chamomile-infused Martini & Rossi Bianco Vermouth

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

soda water to top off

1

lemon twist as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice
2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
3. Top with club soda
4. Garnish with lemon twist; serve with a straw
