Ingredients

brandied cherry

white sugar cube

2 oz

Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₂ oz

Cynar

1 dash

Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

1

orange wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle cherries and sugar cube in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and dry shake
3. Pour into double rocks glass filled with crushed ice
4. Garnish with orange wheel
