Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz: Laird's 100 Proof Straight Apple Brandy (Bottled in Bond)
1 oz: Gran Classico Bitter
³⁄₄ oz: Mathilde Poire Pear Liqueur

Stir it Up

Stir all ingredients over ice
Strain into double rocks glass with one large ice cube
