Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal

³⁄₄ oz

Suze Saveur d'autrefois Liqueur

¹⁄₂ oz

St-Germain

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

1

grapefruit twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into Old Fashioned glass with 1 large ice cube
3. Garnish with grapefruit twist

Notes & Review

A well-balanced mezcal cocktail, with hints of smoke, citrus, herbs and a bitter finish. Really nice to sip, especially as it dilutes a bit.
