Ingredients

2 oz

Hakushu 12-Year Whiskey

³⁄₄ oz

Death & Co Orgeat

¹⁄₂ oz

Lustau Amontillado Sherry

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

orange juice

¹⁄₄ oz

acacia honey syrup

1 tsp

Luxardo Amaro Abano

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

1 dash

Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

1

lime wheel as garnish

1

orange crescent as garnish

1

brandied cherry as garnish

1

mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
2. Strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
3. Put lime wheel, orange crescent and cherry on a cocktail pick and insert into ice with a mint sprig
