Ingredients

- brandied cherry
- 2 oz
- Bulleit Bourbon
- 1⁄2 oz
- Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 1⁄2 oz
- Heering Cherry Liqueur (Cherry Heering)
- 1⁄2 oz
- lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz
- simple syrup
- 1
- brandied cherry as garnish
Shake it Up
- Muddle cherries in a shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
- Strain into highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with cherry on a cocktail pick; serve with a straw
Notes & Review
A bourbon and cherry bomb. Reminiscent of a Manhattan, with heavy cherry undertones and some tartness from the lemon. If you love cherry, give it a whirl.
