Ingredients

2 oz
Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
3⁄4 oz
falernum
1 oz
pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz
lemon juice
Green Flash West Coast IPA to top off
1
mint sprig as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Short shake ingredients (except IPA) with 3 ice cubes
  2. Strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
  3. Top with IPA
  4. Garnish with mint sprig; serve with a straw

Notes & Review

The name is fitting for this rather odd cocktail; it is indeed a bit strange. The flavor of the non-beer mix is nice, but lacking, and with the IPA mix, it gets a bit more interesting, but not altogether very tasty.

I ended up just drinking the rest of the beer instead.
