Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz: red Thai chile-infused Rittenhouse Rye
1 tsp: Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal
³⁄₄ oz: Death & Co House Sweet Vermouth
¹⁄₂ oz: Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
1 tsp: cane sugar syrup
1 dash: Angostura aromatic bitters

Stir it Up

Stir all ingredients over ice
Strain into Nick & Nora glass

Our first reaction is always to reach for a bottle of jalapeño-infused tequila, but I wanted to try something else to expand our spicy offerings.
