Ingredients

Bartlett pear

2 oz

Siembra Azul Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₄ oz

Mathilde Poire Pear Liqueur

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

Bartlett pear slice as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle pear in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
3. Double strain into coupe
4. Garnish with pear slice
