Beefeater London Dry Gin

1 oz

sparkling white wine

1 oz

St-Germain

1 oz

soda water

1

lemon twist as garnish

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a wine glass filled with ice
2. Stir until cold
3. Garnish with lemon twist
