Ingredients

5: mint leaf
2 oz: Beefeater London Dry Gin
³⁄₄ oz: lime juice
¹⁄₂ oz: cane sugar syrup
1 dash: Angostura aromatic bitters
1: mint leaf as garnish

Shake it Up

Gently muddle mint in cocktail shaker
Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
Strain into coupe glass
Garnish with mint leaf

Notes & Review

Sweet, tangy, with a hint of mint. A classic best served when you're looking for something refreshing yet strong.

South Side (two words) = with lime. Southside = with lemon.
