Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 4 leaf
- mint leaf
- 3⁄4 oz
- simple syrup
- 1 oz
- The Famous Grouse Scotch
- 1⁄2 oz
- Laphroaig 10-Year Scotch
- 3⁄4 oz
- lime juice
- 2 dash
- Pernod Absinthe
- 1
- mint sprig as garnish
Shake it Up
- Gently muddle the mint and simple syrup in a shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
- Strain into double Old-Fashioned glass over one large ice cube
- Garnish with mint sprig
