Ingredients

2 oz

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Ambré

¹⁄₂ oz

Clear Creek Pear Brandy

1 oz

Fuji apple juice

¹⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

cinnamon syrup

apple fan as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
3. Garnish with apple fan; serve with a straw
