Ingredients
- 11⁄2 oz
- Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 1⁄2 oz
- Heering Cherry Liqueur (Cherry Heering)
- 1⁄4 oz
- Cointreau
- 1⁄4 oz
- Bénédictine
- 2 oz
- pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 oz
- lime juice
- 1⁄2 oz
- Death & Co Grenadine
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1
- pineapple wedge as garnish
- 1
- brandied cherry as garnish
Shake it Up
- Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
- Strain into highball glass filled with ice
- Garnish with pineapple and cherry flag
Notes & Review
Deliciously sweet and refreshing. Hard to tell it's a gin-based cocktail as there are so many other powerful flavors, but they all come together nicely into a fruity, tropical drink.
