Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz: The Famous Grouse Scotch
¹⁄₂ oz: Laird's 100 Proof Straight Apple Brandy (Bottled in Bond)
³⁄₄ oz: lemon juice
³⁄₄ oz: simple syrup
¹⁄₄ oz: Death & Co Grenadine
1: egg white
1: brandied cherry as garnish

Shake it Up

Dry shake all ingredients
Add ice and shake again
Double strain into coupe
Garnish with brandied cherry on a cocktail pick

As sweet and approachable as a scotch-based cocktail can be.
