
Created by Khristian de la Torre in Mexico City, this refreshing cocktail got its name from its light pink hue, but also because the supremed grapefruit garnish looks like a little salmon swimming on the rocks upriver.
Certainly an easy one to make, and a refreshing aperitivo, but.. a bit bland. For ours, the balance was a bit off, likely because we tried using a light tonic water, so it was lacking sugar.
