cherry tomato

1 oz

Siete Leguas Blanco Tequila

1¹⁄₂ oz

watermelon-infused Dolin Dry Vermouth

1 oz

Cocchi Americano Rosa

¹⁄₂ tsp

Fusion Verjus Blanc

1 pinch

kosher salt

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

Stir it Up

1. Muddle cherry tomato in mixing glass
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir over ice
3. Strain into Nick & Nora glass
