Ingredients

2 oz

dried currant-infused Wild Turkey Rye

³⁄₄ oz

Lustau East India Solera Sherry

1

egg

¹⁄₂ oz

heavy cream

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

None

cinnamon as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with one large ice cube
2. Double strain into coupe
3. Garnish with a few grates of cinnamon
