Ingredients

orange crescent
1 dash
Angostura aromatic bitters
1 oz
Tanqueray London Dry Gin
34 oz
Salers Gentian Apéritif
34 oz
lemon juice
12 oz
acacia honey syrup
sparkling white wine to top off
1
orange crescent as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Muddle orange crescent and Angostura bitters in a shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except sparkling wine) and shake with ice
  3. Strain into large coupe
  4. Top with sparkling wine
  5. Garnish with orange crescent
