Ingredients

2 oz

Campo de Encanto Acholado Pisco

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1

egg white

3 drop

Angostura aromatic bitters

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients, except Angostura
2. Add ice, shake again
3. Double strain into coupe
4. Add Angostura drops to top of cocktail
