- Death & Co Pendennis Mix
- 3⁄4 oz
- lime juice
- 2 dash
- Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
- 1
- lime wedge as garnish
Shake it Up
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain into coupe
- Garnish with lime wedge

Notes & Review
Daiquiri/Gimlet vibes with a punch of apricot. The Pendennis Mix is mostly simple syrup, which contradicts many other recipes which call for pure apricot liqueur instead.
