Ingredients

2 oz

Batavia Arrack van Oosten

1 oz

cinnamon orange tea-infused Martini & Rossi Sweet Vermouth

¹⁄₄ oz

demerara syrup

2 dash

The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

1

cinnamon stick

1

lemon twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients (including cinnamon stick) over ice
2. Strain into coupe
3. Garnish with lemon twist

Notes & Review

We substituted Good Earth Sweet & Spicy tea for the vermouth infusion since it was easier to find and seems to have a similar flavor profile. This drink has a big cinnamon pop which tames the Arrack a bit and it comes together really smoothly.
