Ingredients

kosher salt for rim

¹⁄₂

lime

2 oz

El Tesoro Blanco Tequila

¹⁄₂ oz

grapefruit juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

San Pellegrino Pompelmo Grapefruit Soda to top off

lime wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Rim highball glass with kosher salt
2. Squeeze half lime into shaker and drop in
3. Add rest of ingredients, except grapefruit soda, and short shake with 3 ice cubes
4. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
5. Top with grapefruit soda
6. Garnish with lime wheel
7. Serve with a straw
