Highball
Ingredients

- cucumber wheel
- 11⁄2 oz
- Tanqueray London Dry Gin
- 1⁄2 oz
- Bonal Gentiane-Quina
- 1⁄2 oz
- Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
- 3⁄4 oz
- lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz
- Death & Co Orgeat
- 1⁄4 oz
- ginger syrup
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 dash
- Death & Co House Orange Bitters
- soda water to top off
- 1
- cucumber ribbon as garnish
- 1
- mint sprig as garnish
Shake it Up
- Muddle the strawberry and cucumber wheels in a shaker
- Add remaining ingredients (except club soda) and short shake with ice
- Strain into highball glass filled with ice
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with cucumber ribbon and mint sprig (with a dash of Angostura on the leaves); serve with a straw
