Ingredients

11⁄2 oz
Aviation Gin
1⁄4 oz
St. George Absinthe
3⁄4 oz
lemon juice
3⁄4 oz
simple syrup
sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

  1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with sparkling wine
