Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal

Yellow Chartreuse

³⁄₄ oz

Aperol

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

Hint of bitter, definitely a bit smoky with the Mezcal, but incredibly well-balanced and delicious.
