2 oz: The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum
¹⁄₄ oz: St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
³⁄₄ oz: lime juice
³⁄₄ oz: simple syrup
1: lime wedge as garnish

Shake it Up

Shake all ingredients with ice
Strain into coupe
Garnish with lime wedge
