Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

chamomile-infused Old Overholt Rye

¹⁄₄ oz

Galliano L'Autentico

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

sparkling white wine to top off

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except sparkling wine) with ice
2. Strain into flute
3. Top with sparkling wine
