Ingredients
- 2 oz
- Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey
- 1⁄2 oz
- Bénédictine
- 2 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1
- lemon twist as garnish
Stir it Up
- Stir all ingredients over ice
- Strain into an Old-Fashioned glass over one large ice cube
- Express lemon twist over glass and drop in

A classic cocktail similar to the Old-Fashioned or Manhattan, but instead of sugar or sweet vermouth, Bénédictine stands in.

Definitely a dry cocktail, but quite tasty and easy to make.
