Highball
Ingredients
- 4
- raspberry
- 6
- mint leaf
- 2 oz
- Old Overholt Rye
- 3⁄4 oz
- lemon juice
- 1⁄2 oz
- ginger syrup
- 1
- mint sprig as garnish
Shake it Up
- Gently muddle raspberries and mint in shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
- Double strain into highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Garnish with mint sprig; serve with a straw
Notes & Review
A flavor bomb where each element is "findable" in the final result, but they also blend into a nice cocktail that packs a tart and gingery bite.
Given this is not a proper highball, you can see our wash line came up a bit short in a highball glass; so consider a rocks glass or fizz glass instead.
