Ingredients

6 leaf

mint leaf

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

2 oz

Caña Brava Rum

1 oz

lime juice

2 drop

Angostura aromatic bitters

1

mint bouquet

Shake it Up

1. Gently muddle mint and simple syrup in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and whip (shake with a small amount of crushed ice until just mixed)
3. Dump into double rocks glass
4. Fill glass with crushed ice
5. Garnish with mint bouquet in center of ice
6. Serve with a straw
