Created by Joaquin Simo while he was at Pouring Ribbons in New York City. It's a bit of a riff on the Negroni, but dark and smokey, with a hint of mole.

A bit hard to describe, but maybe because the flavors meld together so nicely, which is partially unexpected given the unique combination. The description above fits well - a dark and smokey Negroni, with a whisper of dark chocolate.
