Ingredients

cardamom pods
11⁄2 oz
Linie Aquavit
1⁄2 oz
The Scarlet Ibis Trinidad Rum
3⁄4 oz
pineapple juice
1⁄2 oz
lime juice
1⁄2 oz
ginger syrup
1
lime wheel as garnish

Shake it Up

  1. Gently muddle cardamom pods in a shaker
  2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
  3. Strain into double rocks glass with one large ice cube
  4. Garnish with lime wheel
