Ingredients

Plymouth Gin

³⁄₄ oz

Dolin Dry Vermouth

1 dash

Death & Co House Orange Bitters

lemon twist as garnish

Stir it Up

1. Stir all ingredients over ice
2. Strain into martini glass
3. Garnish with lemon twist

Notes & Review

As classic as it gets, a must try. The Death & Co cocktail recipe gives the choice of Plymouth, Beefeater or Tanqueray gin. It tastes like cold gin, with some subtle nuances of vermouth and citrus. So if you like gin, you'll like this. If you don't, you won't.
