¹⁄₄ oz

La Favorite Rhum Agricole Blanc Coeur de Canne

¹⁄₂ oz

Clément Créole Shrubb

1 oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

Death & Co Orgeat

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

mint bouquet as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Squeeze lime into shaker and drop in
2. Add remaining ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes
3. Strain into snifter with crushed ice
4. Garnish with mint bouquet
5. Serve with a straw
