Mathilde Poire Pear Liqueur

Bénédictine

lemon juice

cane sugar syrup

1 dash

Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into coupe

Notes & Review

Spec is based off the Sidecar and it definitely has similarities. Pear comes through but all the flavors combine and create a really nice, tasty cocktail.
