Ingredients

2 oz

The Famous Grouse Scotch

¹⁄₂ oz

Warre's Otima 10 Tawny Port

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

maple syrup

1 tsp

apple butter

1

apple fan as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients with 3 ice cubes
2. Double strain into double rocks glass filled with crushed ice
3. Garnish with apple fan; serve with a straw
