I made this with the original spec of 3/4oz agave syrup and it was way too sweet so I adjusted down to 1/2oz. I might even try at 1/4oz. The original recipe also called for a 5" slice of green pepper. I'm not sure if that meant length or width; I cut out a 1" wide section of the pepper. In the future though, I'd try slicing it up into smaller chunks and getting even more juice.
