Ingredients
- 1 rinse
- Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
- 2 oz
- Zacapa 23 Rum
- 1 tsp
- cane sugar syrup
- 3 dash
- Death & Co House Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1 dash
- Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters
- 1
- lemon twist
Stir it Up
- Rinse double rocks glass with absinthe
- Stir remaining ingredients (except lemon twist) over ice
- Strain into double rocks glass
- Squeeze lemon twist over drink and discard

Notes & Review
A really nice rum-based riff on the classic Sazerac. It's quite complex, with the three types of bitters intermingling and the mole bitters adding a nice chocolate note.
