- Beefeater London Dry Gin
- 3⁄4 oz
- Green Chartreuse
- 3⁄4 oz
- Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur
- 3⁄4 oz
- lime juice
- 1
- brandied cherry as garnish
Shake it Up
- Shake all ingredients with ice
- Strain into coupe
Notes & Review
A bit funky, but also delicious (for some). Sweet and sour with a complex finish.
The original recipe doesn't call for a Luxardo cherry garnish but I would highly recommend. You need a bit of a cleanser after this cocktail and the cherry always does the job splendidly.
