Ingredients

raspberry

1¹⁄₂ oz

Don Julio Blanco Tequila

1 oz

grapefruit juice

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 pinch

kosher salt

1¹⁄₂ c

Blanche de Bruxelles beer

raspberry as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Gently muddle raspberries in a shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients (except beer) and short shake with 3 ice cubes
3. Double strain into pilsner glass filled with crushed ice
4. Top off with the beer
5. Garnish with 3 raspberries on a pick; serve with a straw
