Ingredients

cucumber wheel

2 oz

Beefeater 24 London Dry Gin

¹⁄₂ oz

Aperol

³⁄₄ oz

grapefruit juice

¹⁄₂ oz

Scarlet Glow syrup

cucumber ribbon as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Muddle cucumber wheels in shaker
2. Add remaining ingredients and short shake with 3 ice cubes
3. Strain into highball glass filled with crushed ice
4. Garnish with cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick; serve with a straw
