Ingredients

¹⁄₂ oz

La Diablada Pisco

1¹⁄₂ oz

Zoco Pacharán Navarro Liqueur

2 dash

Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

simple syrup

¹⁄₄ oz

vanilla syrup

soda water to top off

Shake it Up

1. Dry shake all ingredients (except club soda)
2. Add ice, shake again
3. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
4. Top with club soda
5. Garnish with spoonful of foam left in the shaker
