Hot Toddy
Irish Coffee
Ingredients
- 11⁄2 oz
- whiskey
- 1⁄2 oz
- honey
- 1⁄2 oz
- lemon juice
- hot water to top off
- 1
- lemon wheel as garnish
- 1
- cinnamon stick as garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a pre-warmed Irish coffee glass and stir
- Garnish with lemon wheel and cinnamon stick
Notes & Review
The water should be very hot, boiling or close to it. Definitely play with the proportions to your liking. Some recipes call for cloves inserted into the lemon wheel, and others call for a tea bag or other spices. There are a hundred riffs as well, so feel free to make it your own.
Garnishes are optional.
