Yamazaki 12-Year Whiskey

³⁄₄ oz

lemon juice

¹⁄₂ oz

pineapple juice

¹⁄₂ oz

cane sugar syrup

2 dash

Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel-Aged Bitters

2 dash

The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters

1 oz

soda water

Shake it Up

1. Shake all ingredients (except club soda)
2. Strain into snifter with 1 large ice cube
3. Top with club soda
