Double Rocks
Ingredients

- strawberry
- 2 oz
- Hine H Cognac
- 3⁄4 oz
- St-Germain
- 3⁄4 oz
- lemon juice
- 1⁄4 oz
- cinnamon syrup
- 1⁄2 tsp
- aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 dash
- Angostura aromatic bitters
- 1⁄2
- strawberry
Shake it Up
- Gently muddle strawberry in a shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and short shake
- Strain into double rocks glass filled with crushed ice
- Garnish with half strawberry; serve with a straw
