Ingredients

1¹⁄₂ oz

Williams & Humbert DrySack Medium Sherry

³⁄₄ oz

Fords Gin

³⁄₄ oz

grapefruit juice

¹⁄₂ oz

lemon juice

³⁄₄ oz

simple syrup

1 dash

Angostura aromatic bitters

soda water to top off

1

orange wedge as garnish

Shake it Up

1. Short shake all ingredients (except club soda) with ice
2. Strain into highball glass filled with ice
3. Top with club soda
4. Garnish with orange wedge
5. Serve with a straw
