Ingredients

toasted fennel salt for rim

green grape

1¹⁄₂ oz

Bombay Sapphire Gin

¹⁄₂ oz

Krogstad Aquavit

¹⁄₄ oz

velvet falernum

³⁄₄ oz

lime juice

¹⁄₂ oz

grapefruit juice

¹⁄₂ oz

acacia honey syrup

Shake it Up

1. Rim half of coupe glass with fennel salt
2. Muddle grapes in a shaker
3. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice
4. Double strain into coupe
